Eligibility:   This sport is offered at the Open Division level only, however, athletes under age 18 may be eligible. To determine if you are eligible for this sport you must read the  Eligibility Rules.

Rules: USA Track & Field Rules to govern event.

Regional Tryout Format: The 10K Road Race event (Men/Women and Wheelchair Men/Women) is an open event with no regional qualifiers or qualifying standards.  Any New York State resident may enter.
Those 30 and over wishing to enter in age-group competition need to enter the Masters Division of this event. Athletes may only enter in one Division (Open or Masters age-group).

Entry Fee:  There is a $25.00 entry fee for this event. T-shirts will be given out on race day while supplies last; one per registered runner.  You must register online by July 14, 11pm.

Entry Deadline:  There is a registration deadline of July 14, 2010, 11pm EST for this event.

Additional information:  The race will be held on Sunday morning, July 25, 2010, on a course through/near Delaware Park in Buffalo, NY.  
Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded to overall male/female finishers and age group finishers for those that enter in the Masters Division.
